Management
Walter Daniel, Owner / After-School Director
Background includes: BS in Business Administration, Mississippi College, 1993. Formerly employed by the MS Attorney General's Office and the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality.
Lesia Kemp, Owner / Pre-School Director
Background includes: BS in Elementary Education, Mississippi College, 1990. Twenty years of teaching and childcare experience.
Staff
All members of the Funtime staff are carefully selected by checking references and conducting background checks. Teachers are thoroughly trained in teaching and managing children and are always highly supervised. All Management and Staff are required to obtain a minimum number of CEU (staff development) hours each year. All preschool lead teachers are degreed and are certified in the field of early childhood education. In addition, most of our staff members are First Aid and CPR certified, and many of our After-School and Summer Camp teachers are Red Cross Certified Lifeguards.
